What happens after Sophas application is verified?
Once SOPHAS has completed its verification, your application will be electronically submitted to those schools/programs which you have designated. During peak times it can take up to four weeks for your application to be verified and electronically submitted to your designated schools/programs.
What happens after my Ptcas application is verified?
VERIFIED: PTCAS has processed your complete application, and it is fully available to your designated programs, including GPAs. UNDELIVERED: PTCAS has released your application back to you to fix errors in “Coursework” or “Institutions Attended” sections.
Can you add programs after submitting Ptcas?
After you submit, you can only add new program and will not be able to delete or substitute program selections. Apply Early! PTCAS processing may take up to 4 to 5 weeks, once all required materials are received. Submit your PTCAS application and arrange for materials to arrive at PTCAS by the program’s deadline.
Does Ptcas require personal statement?
PLEASE NOTE: Your personal statement will be sent to ALL PTCAS programs to which you apply and should not be personalized to any specific program. You can NOT make any edits to your personal statement after you have e-submitted your completed application to PTCAS.
What can you edit after submitting Ptcas?
Once you submit your application, most sections are locked to prevent edits. Updates you can make include: Editing your contact information. Editing your profile information (username, password, security question, etc.).

How do I update Ptcas?
To submit updates back to verification, click the “Submit My Updates” button. Once you have clicked the “Submit My Updates” button, navigate to your application dashboard. On the top of your page you should see an “Update my Application” button. Click on this button to send any application updates to your programs.
How do I remove a program from Ptcas?
From the Submit Application Page
- Click Submit Application at the top of the page.
- Click the trash can icon next to the program you want to remove.
- Click Yes, Delete this Program.
