Rehabilitation Robotics workshop & Network meeting in Bristol

The 2nd Rehabilitation Robotics Workshop will be on Friday July 11th 2008 starting at: 10.30am and finishing at 4.00pm.

Since a number of people who attended the first meeting in Southampton in expressed an interest in seeing the Bristol Robotics Lab, that will be the venue. Please find directions and maps on the BRL website:

The programme will include a session on the rationale for the use of robotics in rehabilitation with neuroscience presentations on recovery from stroke and synaptic plasticity. Dr Farshid Amirabdollahian will provide an update on the EPSRC application for funding for a network.

There will be a tour of the Bristol Robotics Laborary and in the afternoon some short presentations of robotics projects.
